I've been with Startlogic now for about 6 months. They have been very good so far. I dont remember the servers going down at all since I signed up. Although i havent had much interaction with support staff (a good thing I guess), the little bit i have had they have been fast and intelligent responses.

I have an account with StartLogic and the server is fast expecially when downloading files to the server through ssh, getting speeds up to 5 Mbit/sec.
They didn't have the most current version of MySQL or PHP preinstalled, or Apache. Therefore, I installed them without problem on the FreeBSD OS that they supplied. They provide Plesk control pannel, which helps. Overall the dedicated plan in good for those who already know how to run a server, or want to learn.
